The target of the Proof-of-Concept (POC) is to test logistics and practical aspects of a medium-scale installation starting from 30 devices to 500 devices. Xemtec’s service during this phase also involves the development of a concept (business model and operational plan) that will help the client prepare for a bigger deployment.
The ultimate objective is the rollout phase allowing the client to start the large-scale deployment and operations. Note that a large-scale deployment represents at least 1’000 devices installed over a period of few months to a year.
